Las Pitras is a family-owned business of three generations and over 50 years’ experience in the winemaking business.
It is famous for its excellent Sauvignon Blanc wines, as well as for other varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. Las Pitras has a winemaking capacity of 4,5 million liters and a restored historic home surrounded by beautiful parkland.
The estate’s historic house, built in the traditional colonial style of the mid-seventeenth century, is kept in perfect conditions and its rooms and parks are still used permanently by the Balbontin family.
