Viña Valdivieso is the realization of a project whose goal is to produce wines under unprecedented quality standards in Chile. The project has two guiding principles: excellence in quality and production of diverse and attractive wines.  These objectives have been achieved by introducing new grape varieties and a careful selection of the best terroirs for each variety.
While searching for the best grape varieties, the winery has also increased the amount of grapes available for each of its wine lines, and thus achieved a consistent quality rarely seen for such a wide selection of varieties and types of wines.  Furthermore, the search for the best terroirs not only aims at achieving full expression of each of the varieties’ potential, but also at creating distinctive aromas and flavors in the wines.
Valdivieso is famous for being the first winery in South America to produce sparkling wines.
